Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is the assessment and treatment of soft tissues and joints of the body.

RMT  treatments can help with many different conditions including: injuries (new & old), chronic pain, stress, headaches, digestive issues, pre/post surgery, and overall well being.

Pre/Post Mastectomy/Surgery Treatments

We create supportive and mindful treatment plans to help patients with their journey whether its for Breast Cancer Surgery, Gener Affirming Top Surgery or Elective Breast Surgery.

Open communication is key to a positive experience with your RMT.

Gentle techniques are used to help with releasing tension related to scar tissue or general restrictions.

Infant Fascial/Craniosacral Treatment

In a calm, comfortable environment, we can help your baby feel more comfortable in their bodies.

What to Expect – This all depends on your baby’s mood and needs. My job is to go with the flow and meet your baby where they’re at. Sometimes treatment will be with them laying on the treatment table. Other times, I will treat while they’re in your arms or feeding them. I may walk or bounce while I hold them and treat. If any oral work is indicated, I will wear gloves and gently work in your child’s mouth.
I explain a lot during my treatments, so you’ll be part of the process.

45 Minute Massage

$110 (Incl. GST)

Subsequent Visits for 1-2 ares of concern to be treated.

60 Minute Massage

$135 (Incl. GST)

Initial Visit – Getting to know you and your body for the first time.

Subsequent Visits – Great if you have 2-4 areas of concern to be treated.

75 Minute Massage

$170 (Incl GST)

Initial Visit – Have lots going on? Lets have more time to talk.

Subsequent Visit – Full Body “check in”; more than 4 areas of concern.

45 Minute Massage – Mastectomy

$115 (Incl. GST)

Subsequent Visit – 1-2 areas for specific work done related to Mastectomy/Top Surgery

60 Minute Massage – Mastectomy

$145 (Incl. GST)

Initial Visit – Intake & Assessment related to Mastectomy/Top Surgery. Lets get to know what your story is about.

Subsequent Visit – Lets work on 2-4 areas of concern.

30 Minute Infant Massage

$85 (Incl. GST)

Initial/Subsequent Visit – I will do my best to help your baby – Treatment all depends on how your babe is feeling that day.
